Our team created and scaled the chip organizations at both companies, shipping hundreds of millions of units. We’re tackling the Memory Wall because AI is the single biggest technological breakthrough of our lifetimes and we know how to fix its power problem.

Sha Rabii is a renowned authority in semiconductors and systems. His teams push the frontier on artificial intelligence infrastructure, efficient system architectures, and communication. He served as Vice President and Head of Silicon at Meta Platforms where he created the silicon and the technology engineering organizations that delivered enabling technologies for Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality products.
Prior to Meta, he held senior leadership positions at Google where he founded the silicon engineering and the technology engineering groups. His teams delivered the Argos Video Transcoder for YouTube, Pixel Visual Core, Pixel Neural Core, Titan Secure Element and many other components of Google’s products for data centers and consumer hardware. Sha was a co-founder at Arda Technologies and Aeluros and was a member of the founding team at Atheros Communications. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Shacham had spent the past 25 years perfecting the art of building specialized compute systems. His foundational work began at Stanford University, where he acquired a PhD and Postdoc degrees, and later served as Academic Staff leading research in architecture and methodology for these systems. The company he spun out of his research helped form Google’s first silicon activities and was later acquired by Google. He then ideated and led the world's first AI processor on mobile.
Shacham was recruited to form Meta's silicon division. In this role, he was responsible for pushing a full computer capability, including AI, image processing, and computer vision, into a glasses form factor. Shacham departed from his position as Meta's Vice President and Head of Silicon in 2023 to co-found Majestic with his long-time friends and colleagues, Masumi and Sha. Committed to education, Shacham teaches the VLSI class at Tel Aviv University and advises graduate students. He is the author of dozens of peer reviewed articles and US patents.
